Written Information for the drivers vehicles loaded with dangerous goods
The ADR requires that drivers are issued with the newly developded written driver information for dangerous goodsThis means that the shipper is no longer required to provide the driver with these documents (before known as tremcards) it is now the obligation of the transport company to provide the driver with written information in a language which the driver can easily understand.
EC safety data sheets/MSDS
EC-safety data sheets must be provided in the corresponding languages for each country. Here too, the wording laid down by law has to be used. A straight translation is no longer enough. Additional national rules and regulations have to be taken into account.
